I have truly enjoyed living at The Timbers for close to two years. I cannot praise the Property Manager Heather P. enough! Extremely professional and" is on it" any issue I have had has been handled in the most easy way possible and efficiently. Ideal location for my Dad is right down the street at Clearwater A.L.

Heather the manager is seriously one of the best most genuine people I've ever met. She made our experience of finding a home so ideal. Not only did my fiance and I find our dream apartment for ourselves but we found our dream apartment for our son who is due in October and Heather is the one that made this experience possible. You can tell that her and her husband do so much for the tenants even things that they are not obligated to do they do anyhow because of their good nature. I seriously can't praise her enough and wouldn't want any other apartment manager. She deserves a promotion or a raise there's no one who deserves it more. Very pleased!!!

I had stayed here for 3 years. I usually do very good search before renting a new apartment. Long story short, on this side of town (west Vancouver) you will not find a better apartment to rent. This complex is kind of new, was built less than 4 years ago, has a gym and close parking garage for some units. Very close to many big stores like Target, just one minute walking. Safe area, we did not had any issues. Close to the highway. We did not have major maintenance issues, just small things and they took care of them immediately. The best part was the amazing management team. For our three years stay there we had two managers. Matt for our first year and then Heather for the last two years. Amazing people, super nice, always welcome you with a smile and they are so professional in their work. This place is highly recommended.

I have been living here in Vancouver, Washington for almost 1.5 years and I have to say it was the wisest decisions we could of made. When searching for an apartment, my husband and I wanted a location that had easy freeway access, close retail shopping and be able to get to work without hitting too much traffic. In addition, we wanted to live in a nice place that has secure parking, secure access and a friendly management staff. I think we accomplished all of those things. In addition, the manager, Heather is amazing. She always is in a great mood and answers any questions or requests that I may have at that time. That is what a great manager does. If you are looking for a place to live, I truly recommend The Timbers Luxury Apartments.

Great apartment close to downtown Vancouver with easy access to Portland, Oregon. Many retail stores and restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful vaulted ceilings, stainless appliances, granite counter tops, secure parking, and great neighbors. I've lived here for 2 years and love the location. The manager of the community is the most helpful, accommodating, and knowledgeable manager that I've ever met.

I have been living at the Timbers for 1.5 years and this place is great. The property manager, Heather, is always there for you and she specifically says, if you need to get a hold of me, just call. She has an open door policy for anything, which is great. If we need a request to be filled, it is submitted and handled immediately, which is what we want. Overall, my wife and I love this place! It is quiet, easy to get to and is secluded! If you are looking for a place to live that has great management and not crowded, then I would highly recommend The Timbers. I've been living here at the Timber's Apartment for a year and in the five places that I visited prior to making a decision to live at the Timbers, I'm glad I picked this professional community. The manager, Heather, is always attentive to our needs and every time I have a question or need something addressed, it gets handled quickly. I also love the underground parking that comes with the storage unit because at my past apartment in Portland, that was not an option. I also like the cost of living in such a nice place for a fraction of what I was paying in Portland. And a great perk on top of that is excellent management with great communication. I'm glad I made the choice to live here. Thank you.

I have been living here for little over a year and I think we made a wise choice to move here. We moved from out of state where the rents are a lot higher than here and without parking. When we saw this place and the parking that was available, even at a minimal cost, it was so worth it. It is close to freeway access, it has the most important retail stores close by, like Target, and it is not super huge, like some of those apartment complexes. If you are looking for a great place to stay, I would definitely give this place a chance. Management is super helpful and your neighbors look out for each other. I read some of the other reviews, and I don't know what they are talking about. This place is super safe, they have security patrol, CCTV cameras, proper lighting, security only access code doors, etc. I don't know what else you could ask for.

My wife and I have lived here in Timbers for 2.5 yrs, Great people especially Heather our manager she is always concerned about the tenants and goes out of her way to take care of our building.

The Timbers are a nice place to live. If anything goes wrong they are quick to fix it. Assigned covered parking is included with rent. Heather the manager is very helpful & really good at what she does & lives on site. We tell her it's too bad she will never be able to move because nobody will be able to fill her shoes!!
